If you want to optimize a page for top results, you should read what is search engine optimization comletely. Because many webmasters, do not know how they need to optimize their pages to get seen more in some top results, their page will never be found properly. They also need to know what search engine optimization is.

With a few simple adjustments to your page, a good quality page can be optimized in a half-hour, and maybe faster. These are a few quick optimization steps that should always be applied on your page to get top results.

Follow these 9 default and quick page optimization steps, and your page will be higher among the search results in a few days :

  1. Choose a mainkeyword, on which your page must be found in the search engine results.
  2. Then choose 2 or 3 subkeywords which are related to the theme of your mainkeyword, and these subkeywords must be related to what you are writing about, use this keyword research tutorial to do this right.
  3. Choose a powerful pagename or domainname for your page, preferably the keyword where your page must be found on. If you are going to use multiple keywords for your page or domainname, try to avoid top or competitive keywords. Because competitive keywords can work negative on pages which need to rank for their first time. If you already have chosen a page name, and it contains not the mainkeyword, then change your page or domain name to a name which contains the mainkeyword. When you are not want to change your pagename it takes more effort to rank higher.
  4. Always choose a good title for your page, which is short and sweet. Always keep in mind to put the mainkeyword of the whole page in the meta title tag of your page.
  5. Write in the meta description a short and clearly description where your page is about in the meta description. Let the people see in the search engine results, where you are talking about on your page. Try to attract them with fancy phrases so the visitor will click on your website. Always leave approximately 2 times your mainkeyword, and also put one time each of the subkeywords in the meta description.
  6. Put in the h1 header to only the keyword, it only might be a very short sentence, but only if it is necessary. If your page has still no h1 header, then it is better to add one.
  7. Also we recommend, under the header h1, to add a h2 header or modify a h2 header with a short description of the page. Put in this h2 header sentence always a mainkeyword with a few subkeywords you have chosen at point 1 and 2.
  8. Enter your keyword than in google.com, and put the first 5 resulted pages from top results in the keyword density tool. Write down the word count, from each of the resulted word phrases from the keyword density tool. Do this only for the first 4 results of the 2 word phrases. Now you got 15 keyword phrases with their total amount on their pages. If there a two the same keyword phrases add the word count together. Now you need the same amount of this 2 phrase keywords on your own page. Use the keyword density tool to compare the keyword density of your page, with the keyword density of their page, on these 4 particular keywords phrases.
  9. Now we are going to find out what the total wordcount of each page is. And the sum of the total word count of each page, divided by 5 is the average number of words. Do the total wordcount with your own page, if it is equal to the average wordcount of your competitors you are good, otherwise you need to increase your keyword density a littlebit.

This is a very quick and good working optimization for your page. I often get very good results with it, because the page gets with this optimizing steps, the full appreciation from google. Probably your page achieves with this way of optimizing, already some good and high positions in the google search results. The only thing that’s left to do is getting good backlinks for offsite optimization. Because this is probably the only way to climb further to the top results of the serp pages, because your page is optimized very well onsite. Only keep in mind that this optimation is working good for Keyword Insertion. When you want to rank high for competitive keyword phrases it costs you more effort to reach the top results, but these optimization steps are a good head start on your competitors. So just start with not competitive keyword phrases, and do not want win the jackpot in a week, because no one can without authority!
